MERRYHEART EVENTS like to make known her services to you, we are an event planning outfit capable of handling event planning/managements and all services that are attached to having a successful event.
Sir/Ma, Let’s save you from the unnecessary event planning headaches by rendering our services to you. We are capable of planning a successful event and making you smile by the end of such event. We hereby propose with highlight of some ideas for possible future events that you might like to consider us rendering our services to such event. We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients to plan events they are proud to be hosting. If the ideas we have suggested are not of interest to you at this time, please let us know what types of events would be a better fit and we would be happy to edit our proposal accordingly.

If you decides to move forward with us; your event will be flawlessly planned and executed. Our chief responsibility officer would personally oversee the entire event while all her subordinates will be on standby to assistant and ensure perfection. We will be handling all aspects of the event planning & design, as well as setting up meetings with and booking outside vendors. We will keep in close contact with you throughout the whole process to ensure that we are always on the same page. As with all of our events, we shall set up meeting with you, all vendors, and ourselves several weeks prior to the event date to make sure everyone is in understanding of how everything is to go. We will also be supplying you with all final decisions for approval.
